What size is it, and will it fit my chair?
It measures about 16 × 13 × 2 in (41 × 33 × 5 cm). That suits most dining chairs, office chairs, recliners, and car seats.
Which way up does it go?
Place it with the cutout toward the back of the seat, so it sits under your tailbone.
Will it flatten like my old foam cushion?
The honeycomb gel flexes under you and springs back into shape when you stand, instead of packing down into a dip.
Is it soft or firm?
Firm and springy rather than squishy. The gel gives where you press and pushes back, so you sit on it instead of sinking into it. It can take a few days to get used to the feel.
Will I sit higher?
Yes, about 2 in (5 cm) higher. On a low sofa that can make standing up a little easier. At a desk, you may want to lower the chair slightly.
Can I use it in a wheelchair?
It fits most standard wheelchair seats. It is a comfort cushion, not a medical pressure-care device, so if someone is at risk of pressure sores, check with their doctor or care team first.
How do I clean it?
Remove the cover and machine wash it on a cold, gentle cycle. Wipe the gel with a damp cloth, then let both air dry.
Is the cover included?
Yes. Every cushion comes with a washable, non-slip cover at no extra cost.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to.
How long will my order take?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 8–15 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship to Canada and Australia?
Yes, and shipping is free there too. Orders usually arrive within 8–15 business days.
What if the cushion isn’t right for me?
Email contact@sniffwoo.com with your order number within 90 days and we’ll help you with a return.
Do I pay to send it back?
If you return it for a full refund, return postage is paid by you. You can also keep the cushion and get part of your money back instead, with nothing to ship. Damaged or faulty items never need to be sent back.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The full list is shown at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify and your card details are encrypted. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact@sniffwoo.com as soon as you can with your order number. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
